Being innovative in both recruiting and simultaneously preparing for the shifting world in payroll administration doesn’t come easy.
The market leader on HR Process & Payroll, Quoratio, are predicting a huge shift in the upcoming years.
For this, the challenge was to have the recruitment course being informative as well as accessible. We teamed up with Quoratio to produce a catching easy to digest explainer.
Telling the viewers what grow possibilities there can be found when doing the course. All wrapped into the core values of Quoratio has and builds upon.

Mission:
Our mission was to support them with a goal orientated storytelling tool, that emphasises the core values Quoratio is build on for new applicants. As well to inform them over the course, and entice them to be part of the Quoratio team, making the world of financial administration an even better place.
Outcome:
A visual aligned animation that makes new trainees enthusiastic into the wide range of jobs at inspiring companies. Using the brands tone of voice, emphasising on the collaborative nature and possibilities to grow and develop into high ranking roles.
Impact:
A higher rate of screened applicants for the traineeship in comparison with traditional static content. The animated content was also used on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, with a high interaction rate.
